About Assema
ASSEMA stands for ‘Associated Serbian Manufacturers’ and was launched in 2005 as a fully owned subsidiary from SOENEN. The primary activity of ASSEMA is the supply of mechanical components and sub-systems for the SOENEN transformer division, being core cutting- and slitting lines for distribution and power transformer manufacturing.
Manufacturing is done by a dedicated group of experienced and skilled manufacturers near Kragujevac, Serbia. ASSEMA is servicing the follow up of this process: from CAD drawing inspection, supplier selection, quality control,… to packaging, shipment and custom clearance.
Those suppliers are thoroughly evaluated before orders are being outsourced. Selection is done by our own people and based upon the infrastructure for machining mechanical parts with the required tolerances. All of them have invested in advanced, high-precision manufacturing systems for drilling, milling and turning.
SOENEN is open-minded towards the future and opportunities with ASSEMA are endless. But our today focus is the supply of mechanical components and sub-assemblies for the SOENEN core cutting- and slitting lines.
